If the Social Security Administration determines a person’s Social Security benefit is to be reduced via the “Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP)” because the person earned a non-Social Security retirement/pension (or invested wisely), that person will immediately have the Right to collect all funds they paid into Social Security, plus interest, within 90 days.
If the Social Security Administration is unable to pay a person subject to WEP a one time, lump sum refund, even without interest, it is because the Social Security fund is operated as a Ponzi Scheme. This is illegal for non-governmental agencies, private citizens/individuals, companies, corporations etc. to do. Which is another post in and of itself (government exempting itself from the very laws they pass for private citizens).
Social security does not help low income. With inflation bills like mortgage and rent are double to triple what you get. Most get 900 a month and payment is 1200 or more. I feel social security should higher amounts monthly so people can afford to live. People work hard and become disabled. And to get 900 a month is not enough. I see bills paying for trees, Ukraine citizens get 5,000 a month from American money. Got constant payments even after. Illegals come to get free benefits it would be nice to see Americans getting these benefits instead of illegals. There food stamps are 15,000 and 5,000 or more a month all in Americans. Social security should be at least 2,500 a month to live on. Instead of the benefits going to illegals and war and other countries give it to Americans so they can live. We have seen our government help others just not American people. If they can issue 20,000 a month to illegals 2,500 to Americans on social security should not be a bad idea. After all the Americans have worked hard for there living. It should only go to American people.
