Revise policy to include the following: An approved Social Security Retirement recipient who their spouse is receiving approved Spousal Benefits, should automatically qualify to receive Disability and/or Medicare - Medicaid Health Services, if the applicants are married for 40 years and higher to the same person at the time of submitting their application (Before Full Retirement Age (FRA), The Year You Reach FRA and/or After FRA) for Social Security Retirement Benefits.
