Most Americans are struggling to survive off of one income over the last four years and many have had to get second, third or even more jobs to get by. Many fields obviously don’t pay livable wages for the current economy. Many workers in certain fields like police, teachers, etc have to work multiple jobs throughout the year to get by. Anyone that has to work more than one job shouldn’t be taxed.
