No DODGE DIVIDENDS

In place of the DODGE recovered funds being given out in form of stimulus, let’s use the money they stole to fund investigations and incarnation for the perpetrators.

DOGE…NOT DODGE
LOL

I AGREE

We need prices lowered not stimuluses.
Put it back in the investigations
Put it back in to the deficit

Maybe we can add it to the fund to pay people’s student loans.NOT

I would like a hardship loan to buy a new Harley LOL

It was my understanding DOGE was created to investigate and defer to the DOJ for prosecution of criminal activity. Being in the low income level for decades, I know plenty of citizens who can use what they are calling a dividend. It took me a whole year to save money for new brakes for my car. I hope my tires will go another year so I can save for them. Don’t have the money for both.
So I have to vote yes for the doge dividend.

Strongly diagree. We are inches away from complete economic collapse. Distributing the money back to the source from which it was stolen (the U.S. taxpayer) will temporarily relieve the fiscal damage that it caused by stealing it in the first place. The money will go back into the economy, giving it a much-needed liquidity injection, while we continue our DOGE cuts. We need to buy some time – DOGE savings redirected back to the economy via the American People will buy us this time.

Would we worry about collecting funds to locate arsonists are who started a five-alarm fire, right in the middle of putting out said fire? Of course not. And if we, as a country, are so hard up that we need funding help to keep DOGE going, then we should have collapsed as a nation ten years ago. DOGE doesn’t need extra help at this time – the economy does. And do keep in mind that “DOGE Dividends” only represent 20% or less of total savings – the rest is ALREADY going back into the government for continued efforts. So adding an additional 20% is really too little to amount to anything, and would serve a much better purpose in stimulating the economy in the short run. The people and the economy need help. One might justifiably question the motives of others who remain staunchly against giving this almost-trivial 20% back to the economy and American People at this time. What is more, I do not think it is benificial for the enconomy if the ‘DOGE Dividends’ are connected to 2025 tax filings in any capacity. If the true intent of the govt is to stimulate the economy, then it is self-defeating to slap controls and restrictions on that very stimulus. This type of contrary-conflicted-governing is precisely why we are in the position we now face.

We can worry about investigations and hunting down the traitors and thieves after we get control of the current fire. Dumb idea NOT to give help back to the economy via DOGE claw backs… it buys us critical time. My two cents.

I totally agree. With the utilities prices increasing minimum 2x a year, elderly are going to have to sell or lose their homes. Some are at 800 to 1600 a month just for utilities. we need some of that money back!
