Enact a National Reciprocity Law for Concealed and Open Carry of Firearms. Make it easy for people who have these rights stepped on, to sue.

If you can legally open or conceal carry firearm in your state of residence, do not have felonies due to violance, you should be able to do that in whole country.
Frankly concealed carry permit issuance just increace beraucracy at tax payer expense by having offices in each state. Lawful citizens might become felons crossing into the state with different laws. Lets say, you are traveling in NV legally with your firearm. Due to natural disaster you are forced to travel back trough state of CA: firearm size and not having CA permit can make you in felon in CA.
