Mexicans and Mexican Americans daily border crossers must pay fees in line with Property taxes to enroll their kids in US Schools

This policy mandates that all Mexican or Mexican-American residents living in Mexico who cross the U.S.-Mexico border daily at Nogales, AZ, ( or other border towns) to enroll their children in U.S. border town elementary and high schools must pay a fee in lieu of the property taxes that U.S. citizens pay to support public education. The current system has led to school overcrowding due to daily cross-border enrollments, which reduces available funding and resources for local students.
