I feel like each person needs at least one chance to fix their mistakes and have a clean slate. A lot of citizens have been thinking and researching bankruptcy but don’t have extra money to pay for it. And it should not be made as something shameful- it’s a chance to forget stupid young adult mistakes and try to rebuild your and your families lives.
