Health insurance companies should not be able to pick and choose what medications, procedures and surgeries they should cover. We pay hundreds of dollars a month to these companies only for them to deny what they want. Why do they get to determine what is right for me? that should be between you and the doctor. If it is prescribed or recommend by your doctor your insurance should cover it.
