Inmates who are sentenced to death should be executed within a year of sentencing. No more wasting millions of tax payer’s money housing these animals.
This will save money, enforce justice, and lower crime. The understanding that you will be executed promptly, and not live 20 -40 years on death row will be an incentive not to murder people.
