One of the issues with the King of england was the right to own land under allodium, at the revolution, sovereignity was passed to the “People” we are the people althought the unconstitutional BAR that has usurped the law converts us into “Legal Persons” under the Federal Corporation called the United States. All land is owned by the sovereign people, not the persons, all land has been re-catorized as being commercial “residence” rather than private land as it should be. The Govt. has stolen the allodial the original allodial title that the people used to have and split it into 2 different titles, one is equity and the other is “legal” title. Legal only applies to the legal fiction entity. When you by land, you become the equitable title owner under the lieal fiction name. The state keeps the Legal title and gives you a color of title “Legal” warranty deed and you become a Tenant on the land that the government has stolen. YOu have to reunite the color of title legal tittle and equity title returning to a letter patent or a land patent brought forward into your name and not recorded into the public… The govt. is acting under color of title and when you reunite the titles back to allodium, they by law are supposed to remove that land from their torren commercial registery. This is where the corrupt BAR and the corrupt county/state fails to follow the law: They refuse unlawfully to recognize the ‘people’ as the true sovereigns (Chisholm v Georgia, and Yuick Wo v Hopkins) that the government has no authortity over the people, only the legal entity knownas a ‘person’ who s contracted to be a US Corp citizen or a 14th amendment citizen… having no constitutionally protected rights.
So what has happened, is that the corproate govt. has stolen our heratahge from us by lying and deciet starting with the traitor Abe Lincoln that was inelegable to be the president under the TONA that was ratified (purpose of the war of 1812 was to eredicate all mention of the ratification of that act). The constitutional republic ended or went to sleep in 1861 by plan of the Bankers and BAR that had started 10+ years before. That plan was to get the south to secede in order to destroy the Constitutional republic which happened, from 1861 to 1871 we were under a dictatorship (Lincoln and Grant) and then under a Federal Corporation called the United States and other… that was when America lost it’s freedom and became subjects… No American EVER PAID TAXATION ON ANY LAND… that only happened when the Bankers destroyed the republic the BAR created statutes that only apply to legal entities and all people were and are converted into legal entities under the jurisdiction of the BAR controlled courts that steal our rights and our land turning the American people into subjects of the BAR and the Bankers (all controlled by the J*ws as they control the govt. the media, the banks, everything… we own nothing and are ignorantly happy about it).

Property taxes go towards supporting local government and local public services. They definitely put stuff on your ballots where you can vote for or against increasing taxes to pay for local initiatives. I think, once your home is paid off, there should be a reduction in the taxes, though. And now clarity in how this money is being spent. A lot of it goes out schools, but here they want to raise taxes by 1% to fund renovations for the city hall, upgrade fire house equipment, improve the parks. They should definitely be held accountable for showing exactly what the money is spent on. Actually seeing the results of a project we paid for that benefits us directly world go a long way for helping people feel less resentful of the taxation.
i understand what you are trying to accomplish here… but i must disagree on the matter of what the taxes are actually for. Property Taxes are local taxes for education, drainage, cops, county needs…etc. They tie them to your property to make sure they can collect. if you cant or refuse to pay them, then the State has a long process of kicking you off your land.
so yes, I believe it to be unconstitutional. they could have added it to your cars registration fee just as easily.
If they take your property, they often sell it at auction for a profit. This is another incentive to take property away for owners for taxes.
Finally, the tax adjuster is allowed to increase your property’s value at will. this allows local governments to create money out of thin air, to resolve deficits.
So I agree that it needs to be overhaled, maybe stopped… just wanted to point out that it isnt a “house payment”.

A flat tax of 5% should be paid one time when it’s a new product’s and you own it.
Your deeds record you as either “tenants in common” or “joint tenancy”, depending on ownership desired by buyers in a Fee Simple Title. This allows the government to collect taxes. Because this is done on a state or county level, abolishing taxes would be out of the purview of the federal government. However, it can be addressed by changing the type of titles through real estate transactions. They should change the deed/title of the property to an allodial title. Here’s why;
The concepts of “fee simple title” and “allodial title” represent two very different forms of property ownership.
Fee Simple ownership is “perpetual,” meaning the owner holds the property indefinitely, without any time limits, as long as they comply with local laws, such as paying property taxes and adhering to zoning regulations. Fee simple ownership is only limited by certain public or private restrictions (like easements or land use restrictions), but otherwise provides the highest level of property rights available.
Essentially, fee simple title is the closest thing to absolute ownership in modern real estate law, where the owner has the maximum control and benefit from the property.
Allodial Title represents the highest form of property ownership, where the owner holds the land free from any superior landlord or government claims, such as taxes or eminent domain (with limited exceptions). Allodial title is very rare, and in most countries, including the U.S., land is generally held under a form of fee simple title, which is subject to property taxes and government regulation. Essentially, allodial title means absolute ownership, with no obligations to others, but it is largely theoretical in modern law and doesn’t typically apply to most real property.
In my opinion, this is how it could happen through the federal level. Change the title to properties through Real Estate laws

I think a better option is to lock the tax payment in at the time of purchase. Other measures should be put in place to prevent the government and large corporations from owning everything in the long term.

I’m unsure the federal government is where this is addressed, but perhaps sending notice here is at least a start

Any right in the Constitution (Amendment 5 - Right to own Property) can not be taxed, fees attached, or laws made effecting that right.

No one should have to pay property tax in the first place. The government does not own the land or the building it sits on. They should have no power over your property…period.

Absolutely, it’s like local and state governments are doing what the mob used to do; an old fashion “shakedown.” I have to pay my local government once a year so they won’t repossess my house or car!!

Property taxes mean citizens NEVER own Property in the USA. If the government can sell my house on the courthouse steps if I don’t pay it, it means I am a slave to the government.

If the government can sell your house if you don’t pay the tax, the government owns you and your house. It is essentially slavery to the government. It should be eliminated altogether because of this.
