A way to unite all Americans and make America Greater Than Ever would be to design and build a massive complex to desalinate ocean water, using solar and geothermal energy.
It would be one of the largest infrastructure projects of all time, and would involve the top American engineers, construction workers and project & financial managers. This project would provide safe, clean water for all children and adults in areas now threatened by the possibility of severe droughts. We would be tapping a limitless supply of free energy as well as a vast quantity of free raw material from the oceans.
Inspiration would come from President Trump’s experience as one of the great builders of our nation. He, along with the greatest talents in engineering and construction would lead the efforts of thousands of Americans to build something which we could be truly proud of for many, many years to come; something that would prevent the looming disaster of major water shortages and their terrible effects on the health of Americans and on the economy.
Even the staunchest environmentalists would endorse such a project, which would take water from our rising seas and render it pure and healthful, while doing no harm to our environment because of the use of natural, non-polluting energy sources.
