Communism, socialism, and Marxism are dangerous ideologies that are harmful and are in direct opposition to American ideals and freedom.
Ideally, communist, socialist, and Marxist supporters should be stripped of citizenship and deported to a communist country, as they pose a threat to America. It is already against the law for people who support communism to be granted green cards or citizenship, so the law needs to be enforced, and some kind of measures taken for US citizens who are supporting it to be stopped or restricted in some way.
To protect the country from the takeover of communism, socialism, and Marxism, the teaching and support of such ideologies should be banned because it leads to radicalization, terrorism, riots and violence, government coups, censorship, and brainwashing of the public to push the establishment of a dictatorship and the stripping of our freedoms. Such ideologies are incompatible with a free and fair society.
It should not be permitted to be taught in schools, aside from teaching it’s relevance in history, in which case the consequences of communism and why it is bad and incompatible with a free and fair society must also be taught.
In order to have free speech, of course, people should have the right to speak and hear ideas that are contrary to government approved ideas. However, it could have a warning with extensive resources and examples why the ideologies don’t work and never can.
Any communist, socialist, or Marxist groups, nonprofits, companies, or other organizations should not receive any public funding, or have public events like parades or other exposure locally or abroad without something to counter and balance it.
Examples of measures that could be taken:
- Communism, socialism, and Marxism should be forbidden from being taught in schools, except for history lessons which teach the harms of it and why it’s incompatible with America.
- Banning communist countries like China from having organizations at colleges or universities that use various tactics to teach communism and influence young people.
- Deporting immigrants who are actively support communism.
- Making it a crime for communists, socialists, lobbyist organizations, or Marxists to work in government, media, or education.
Had the election, we might be on the path to becoming a communist, socialist, or Marxist country so this is something that must be stopped and prevented from happening in the future.
