Border Security Amendment to US Constitution

Border Security Amendment to fortify all US borders and only allow individuals into USA based on merit. The southern border wall is to be completed in its entirety and not allow illegal entry. The US Border states will have authority to override US Government if they fail to close off border from illegal entry. This will include illegal smuggling of people, consumer goods and drugs. No border security revisions to restrictions will occur without 2/3 of states (Must include all border states) approval on ballot initiative during 2-year congressional election cycle.

All illegal entrants will be arrested and sent back to country of origin immediately.

No asylum allowed unless US voters allow it, on ballot initiatives from specific countries.

  • No anchor baby and catch-and-release activities are allowed for ANY reason.
  • Border wall with advanced technology is to be completed and maintained without any political interference.

I appreciate the sentiment but don’t believe this suggestion is necessary.

The Constitution already permit the federal government to enforce the border, and federal law expressly requires is. In fact, it is a crime for the government or any private entity to enable and fund the ongoing invasion. 8 U.S. Code § 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens makes it a crime for “Any person” to do the things that the Biden regime and many prior administrations have done. We need to enforce laws already on the books, not pass more laws and amendments that will simply be ignored.

Not sure I need your approval for suggestions. Maybe just do your own thing

They have a “Reply” feature here so people can “reply” to policy suggestions. If you don’t like seeing other people’s opinions of what you suggested, well, good luck with that.

There’s an “Edit” feature, too, for people to modify their policies if they agree with input they receive. If you don’t agree, you’re free to keep your suggestion as originally posted. You don’t “need” my approval, of course. But you won’t get my vote with it written as it is. Simple as.
