No investment firm has any business buying single family homes and keeping the America Dream away from hardworking families. This is a simple and important issue facing all of us - and easy to fix. We should force the investment firms that have bought homes to sell within an agreeable timeframe as to not flood the market with homes.

Unfortunately the idea you propose might be unconstitutional. However I think there should be regulations regarding what they can do with the homes they purchase. Currently California rental properties are being bought by big businesses who then run them in an aggressive business model manner. That should be addressed but Iām not familiar enough with the law to know how to address this.
Make it economically infeasible through a tax.
