Aportioned taxes / repeal the 16th amendment

  1. Repeal the 16th amendment which allows direct taxes (income tax)

  2. The money for the federal budget will be raised through tariffs, duties, and the remaining amount through aportioned taxes to the States.

  3. Each State will be responsible for their portion of the federal budget based on their percentage of population determined by the latest census.

  4. The states will be responsible for the collection of their portion from their citizens.
