Allow parents to have access and decision making of their minor child medical choices

I apologize if i did this incorrectly.

Here in good ol’ California, we have a law that prohibits parents from having full access to minor child medical records. Leaving children age 12 years or older to make medical decisions. Allow parents to decide how best care for their children. My child should not be bullied into big pharma drugs or immunizations. Or told they are in the wrong body. This needs to be federally recognized. Many other states allow access to their childrens full medical records until 18. We are keeping parents in the dark. And to me, that only creates a wall between a parent and child medically. This ahould be a federally recognized law.
The health care provider is not permitted to inform a parent or legal guardian without the minor’s consent . The provider can only share the minor’s medical information with them with a signed authorization from the minor. (Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 123110(a), 123115(a)(1); Cal.
