I think all LLCs (limited liability corporations) should be required to publicly list all owners’ full names. Too many government lawmakers are making decisions that benefit particular LLCs they own or take part in. They have the benefit of insider trading and use the LLC as a front to launder taxpayer money to themselves (through the LLC) while hiding their identities.
I believe Delaware is one of the states that does not require public disclosure of LLC ownership. That is why so many LLCs are filed there. I think public disclosure should be a federal law!!!
