REPARATIONS are required for all the J6 prisoners and defendants. Most of these victims have had their entire lives destroyed - lost jobs, homes, savings, in some cases their very lives. If we can afford funding for non-citizens, we can surely afford to pay these people to restore their lives.

Please understand that there were hundreds of instigators - FBI, BLM, and others - causing violent encounters. My nephew, a fire chief/EMT/first responder was there (got arrested 3 yrs later, identified by AI from video footage) and he said all was peaceful until the capitol police suddenly started firing rubber bullets and throwing flash bangs and tear gas cannisters right into the crowd. There may be an exception or two, but the violence was self-defense and provocation. Remember, no police officers died at the hand of protesters, but 5 protesters died at the hands of police.

Mine too Kari. My nephew was a fire chief, EMT, first responder. Never went in the capitol. He was helping people who were injured by flashbangs and tear gas cannisters. He was âdiscoveredâ by a bounty hunter using AI on video footage. Lost his job, home, savings, and basically the entire life he worked so hard for. The cost of this is in the millions. And he is just one of many! Fortunately, his Montana judge would not extradite him and he is still awaiting trial. Trump promised me personally a year ago that he will pardon them on day one.

In my eyes as an army veteran I see a riot at the capital with death threats to the people inside as treason, and as far as I am concerned the punishment for treason has always been and should always be death.

your assuming the election of 2020 was not fraudulent. thinking a better arrangement is to investigate the voter roles of each state. god knows we got no answers from any government justice entities. i think this huge loss by the existing administration is based on the failure to address free and fair elections. pfft even the highest court in the land refused to hear the people. how do you know the j6 prisoners are not really patriots. how do you know the last four years of executive branch were not committed by fraudsters. i mean how does a guy who can barely debate make the grade. i nearly reported the trump/biden debate as elder abuse. we know they allow non citizens to vote. we know they are ballot harvesting. we know they do not require id to vote. we know there is no accountability from leadership. yes, the people have spoken. dance with the devil, must pay the piper. let them go. investigate the voter roles and jail the perpetrators from top to bottom.

Mr. President - I am hopeful that the J6 prisoners will be released immediately after your inauguration. Many if not all are being held without due process - and for a non-existent crime. Please, Please, Please grant their release asap.

Amen! This was a false flag. Punish the real criminals, the ones who incited to call it an insurrection to persecute Trump. All full pardons and many deserve restitution. Jake Lang has been in the gulag for almost four years, has been thrown in solitary, many, many times, and has never had a trial or any charges brought. This is so unconstitutional. Jake deserves restitution along with many others, like Jeremy Brown. I agree, get them out now, please.

I dont have any trust in the media or in politicians in general, i ONLY use my own faculties for such information. The day after it happened I saw footage from the mob that the insurrectionists recorded on their phones, where they were actively trying break through a barricade with the reps inside a room and threats of violence and death were clearly being issued to the politicians on the other side of the barricade.
Conversely what happened with your nephew, is equally unacceptable and once he is cleared the person who falsely turned him in should also be punished to the fullest extent if the law.

Iâm in total agreement with you but I never saw the proof of who was behind it all. If they had that proof then how could they charge Trump knowing he wasnât behind it? I mean I know they were trying to keep him out of office, but if there is proof that others led and incited the riot wouldnât that help to dismiss the case? Wouldnât it make those prosecuting the Pres now in the crosshairs to be charged with lawfare. If they donât itâll just happen again. Have a good one.

Not only should they all be released immediately, but a special counsel should be appointed to investigate what really happened, the J6 sham committee and get the truth out about EVERYTHING that actually happened that day. This includes all the videos of the instigators that changed into MAGA gear that spread out into the crowd. This must be done!!

The dangerous precedent is allowing the ruling party to arrest, try and convict innocent patriots for walking through the Capitolâs opened doors by corrupt police, juries and judges. Holding a âsuspectâ in jail for 4 years without a trial is dangerous precedent. Having a special committee investigate, which was stacked in favor of the ruling class is dangerous precedent.
