My proposal for an amendement covers the idea of raising all federal election crimes to treason

Proposed voting amendment

Amendment XXVIII Section 1. The right to vote in any election for President, Vice President, Senator, or Representative in Congress shall be reserved exclusively to citizens of the United States. Each State shall establish and enforce adequate measures to prevent illegal votes in numbers sufficient to alter the outcome of an election.
