I think special care needs to be given to the innocent, especially in a family situation. We should take care in a policy like this to understand what effect it will have on families.

Those entering the country know theyâre breaking the law. Notice when the caravans begin, always when a Democrat takes office or right before the Democrat leaves office. They know!

They harm the country in many ways, even if their only crime is illegal entry. One of the ways is by how they vote after attaining citizenship; they vote for Democrats. A recent poll of Hispanics showed that less than a third are likely to vote for Republicans.
Unfortunately, this is true of legal immigrants, as well. The road to socialism is paved with immigrants.

Yes! They keep talking about a housing shortage, but thatâs what happens when you add an extra 10 million people in 3 years! Our economy and infrastructure were not and are not prepared for an influx in population like that.

@JustEve24 On the cost of deportation:
- If you jail them, we carry the cost until they are deported.
- If you donât, we carry the cost of services provided forever or until they are fast-tracked (in 5 years) to citizens, and then very likely weâll carry the cost of them on social support forever, and potentially their children as well.
Jailing might not be cheap, but itâs cheaper than that.
But you know whatâs really expensive? Importing unassimilated voters from 3rd world countries who will vote their D benefactors back into office for a generation. And then the cost of continuing to bribe them for their vote to the 3rd generation.
Hereâs a cheaper solution:
- Turn Off Benefits for Illegal Immigrants who did NOT come into the country through LEGAL channels.
- Provide them with transport to the airport and a ticket home.
If youâre sensitive to their plight, try this:
- Book their tickets, and provide their benefits through the day of their flight, then turn off all benefits.
- Allow one re-booking of the flight if they miss it. (no benefits in the gap time)
- THEN Jail and deport.

The whole reason, or part of, for the open border narrative - remember who allowed you within the country when time to voting happens (legally or illegal voting).
A diversified pathway, enforced diversification, was specified as a potential to be able to control the population simpler (theory).

Republicans donât want to solve illegal immigration issues, they just want to use them to campaign. Trump had the white house for four years and did less deporting than Obama or Biden.
Sending criminal aliens back out of our country seems like a good way to lose track of them. Keep them in our prisons.
Immigrants who have crossed illegally but commit no other crime we should just document and keep an eye on. If you persecute them you make them a âhidden populaceâ that is exploitable by cartels. They pay taxes and get no welfare, let emâ hang out.
I would personally sign up to spend my entire career removing illegal migrants for a set salary as long as inflation has been tamed by honest money.
I have 30 good years in me. Letâs remove EVERY SINGLE PERSON. No anchor births. Nothing.

Please see my policy creations for why your line of thought is why many other things are toxic and broken. This has a spillover effect on almost everything economic that you probably havenât ever thought of before.
Your life and existence would cost HALF of what it does today if we removed these people.

Youâve directed your anger at the exploited rather than the exploiters. Both policies are indicating real issues but poor prescriptions to solve them. Federal Housing is overdue for reform, needs more funding, we have too many homeless in many cities. Need to ensure private orgs canât gouge the government same way weâre limiting drug prices for pharma.
Driving - sounds like we need more driving courses, but mandatory insurance is already a scam. Any case where a person is forced to engage with a private business, they are going to find every reason to overcharge you, sneakily raise rates, and try not to pay when you need the money.
Negative sir the exploiters will be dealt with as well.

If you would like to drive on a road with other costly automobiles, you must carry the liability necessary to cover your assets value and a multiple of what you could damage.

Corporal punishment is allowed dependent upon the crime. I have no problem with the punishment fitting the crime. Like for like. Murder of US citizens is deserving of the harshest punishment.

I agree that creating an incentive to encourage the illegals to quickly register (within a set period like 30 days).
Failure to register would be the basis for not providing any legal basis for challenging the deportation process.
Registering would not guarantee an individual the right to immigrate but the registration process could set forth (and limit) the legal terms and conditions of all processing and deportation guidelines.
One final thought, those that clear the process to stay in the country would be under strict compliance requirements AND may be required to repay the costs we have incurred during their time in the US. This could be set up as a long term payment plan which would need to be completed before they could officially complete their immigration process.

It wouldnât cost us anything to do this. All we would need to do is turn off all benefits and they would self deport.

Incorrect we are allowed to remove invaders and force labor once found guilty. I say 10 years HARD labor if found guilty and then deported. No one would ever come back!
Add a temporary additional tax to states that pushed the illegal invasion and use the funds to deport the illegals from the states that fought to protect themselves from the invasion.
The border needs to be lock down tight until the Immigration and Naturalization Act (THE LAW) is updated and rewritten removing the loopholes and erroneous interpretations.
